Rules & Regulations

  • Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
  • We require payment in full at time of reservation.
  • One (1) camping unit per campsite.
  • Base Rate includes up to two (2) adults and two (2) children age 17 and younger on all campsites and six (6) persons in all rentals.
  • Names of all guests must be given at time of reservation.
  • Additional guests (at time of reservation) are $6/each.
  • Day visitors are $5 per car.
  • Overnight visitors are $6/night for both adults and children when registering at the office.
  • Children age three (3) and under are free.
  • Additional vehicles are $3/day.
  • Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
  • $3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.

To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.
For sites paid in full prior to arrival, we offer express check-in.
All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.
Depending on the next reservation to your site, you may have to move locations if there is a reservation for your current site.

All Holiday stays must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All Holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
All Seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions.
Cancellation requires a 14 day notice prior to arrival and will result in a $10 administrative fee.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in a fee of $10 plus one night.

All two night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking, all other reservations require a deposit of 50% of the reservation upon booking.

Stonebridge RV Resort and Campgrounds reserves the right to immediately cancel a reservation in the event that guests harbor and are in the company of aggressive dog breeds that could cause undue harm to fellow guests and staff members. Feel free to call the office at 828-926-1904 to discuss.
