Children 16 and under are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and must be back at their sites by 10:00pm.

Vehicles must have a valid pass displayed at all times.

The Speed Limit throughout the park is 5 mph and is enforced.

Washing your vehicle is prohibited.

No Vicious Breeds Allowed.

Do not leave your pets unattended. All pets must be kept on a fixed leash (no longer than 6′) and under the control of the pet owner at all times.

Please clean up after your pets immediately. Pets must not be tied up outside. Guests are prohibited from having any pet run cables in the park.

If you bring a golf cart there is a $5.00 daily charge. Golf carts must be registered in the office upon arrival. Golf carts require a valid driver’s license to operate and proper lighting at night. No exceptions! A copy of your insurance is required in the main office. Please see additional “Golf Cart Rules” in your terms and conditions on your reservation receipt.

Except for handicapped motor scooters, we only allow bicycles in our park. No hoverboards, motorized scooters, or motorized riding children’s toys. Bicycle riders 16 and under must have a helmet on at all times and must have reflectors and lights when riding after dark.

Cancellation of reservation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of $10.

Cancellation of reservations inside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of one night plus $10.

Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival results in no refunds.

Cancellation of monthly or longer reservations outside of 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of $10.

Cancellation inside of 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of 50% of one month’s rental.

Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival results in no refunds.

Reservations that occur during a holiday (Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July week, Labor Day weekend and Stonebridge Halloween weekend) are non-refundable and must be paid in full upon booking.
